“BEAUTY IN WHITE”

This kitchen remodel was driven by our client’s love for entertaining. She desired a larger island for friends to gather for cocktails as she was prepping for meals as well as casual dinner space. Removing the wall between the kitchen and the dining room also allows her to mingle with additional guests. We relocated the door leading to the powder room to allow for wall space for a dry bar so guests could help themselves without entering the work zone. Beautiful Bianco Superiore quartzite was selected for the countertops and hand glazed crackle tile surrounds the decorative wood hood and was installed as the backsplash. The gold faucet and cabinet hardware adds warmth to the space and the cement pendant lights tie in the warm gray tones in the countertops. The result is a beautiful space for entertaining whether just for cocktails or a four course meal!
