The RJ Remodeling Process
Our remodeling process has been honed over 30 years of remodeling homes. We are thorough, diligent and highly involved throughout the whole remodeling process.
Step 1: Discovery Consult
Getting to Know You and Your Remodeling Aspirations
The Discovery Consult is a free service we offer to people who want to learn what it would take to accomplish their remodeling goals. During this initial visit we like to discuss your project and desires and most importantly, get to know you. We will view the spaces you are considering for renovation, take measurements and photos. A follow-up appointment will be scheduled in a few weeks to discuss the layout we developed, rough numbers and our proposal. We want you to feel comfortable with your decision to work with us and feel it is important to take the time to conduct this in-person review.
STEP 2: PLANNING & CONTRACT DEVELOPMENT
Design and Planning for Your Remodeling Project
Once you decide to move forward, then we will work with you to finalize your plans and conduct a walk-through with our sub-contractors. During this time, Ann will work with you to fine tune the design of your space and start the selection process. A hard estimate will be provided once the details are finalized. A detailed contract will be written should you decide to proceed with your project.
STEP 3: CONSTRUCTION
Building the Foundation for Your Project
Kevin, our construction team and sub-contractors use their decades of construction experience to execute the foundation elements of your remodeling project. They are precise, thorough and always pleasant to work with.
Stage 4: Aesthetics
Bringing the Design Details to Life
At this stage, we carefully craft the details and design elements of your remodeling project. This is our favorite stage as it is when our clients begin seeing their ideas become a reality!
Stage 5: Celebration!
Your Remodeling Project is Complete
After the finishing touches are perfected, your project is officially complete - time to celebrate!
