Ann Gaeta, UDCP
Co-Owner & Designer
Ann leads the client relations and design of every RJ Builders remodeling project. She especially enjoys the creative process from developing the initial layout design to finalizing selections. She is also part of the construction team and ensures that all elements of the design are achieved.
Ann earned the Universal Design Certified Professional (UDCP) certification from NARI (National Association of Remodeling Industry). As a UDCP professional, she often incorporates universal design principles in her designs. This is especially important for clients interested in Age in Place considerations or clients with disabilities or limitations.
Outside of work, Ann enjoys family time, spending time with their dogs, Reggie and Zoey, and traveling. She also enjoys other creative outlets such as baking, painting and drawing.
Kevin KYSELY
Co-Owner & Licensed Contractor
Kevin manages the construction of the RJ Builders remodeling projects. As part of the RJ team, Kevin also gives input on the initial development of all projects.
Unlike most remodeling companies, Kevin works on the jobsites to perform the preparation for construction, demo, rough framing and painting. He strongly believes in this hands-on approach as an owner in the business. The bonus to this approach is developing stronger relationships with our clients.
Kevin spends his free time working on projects at home and spending time with his family and dog, Mila. He has a strong appreciation for vintage arcade games and cars. He also loves football season and watching Packers games. (Especially when they win!)
Tom Gaeta
Co-Owner, Administrative & Accounting
Tom handles all administrative and accounting related activities. He typically does not have interaction with clients, but he can be seen on jobsites on occasion dropping off items or assisting with deliveries.
Tom is also a co-owner of the Southeastern Wisconsin Jamba Juice franchise locations. He spends time as their Administrative and Operations Director.
Tom’s interests include spending time with his wife, Ann, and their family and loves to support his favorite sports teams. He is often torn between his Boston roots supporting the Red Sox, Celtics, Bruins and Patriots and his Wisconsin hometown teams. He can also be found cheering on his favorite soccer team, the Tottenham Spurs.
