“Hollywood Underground”

This laundry and bathroom remodel was a dream for our client! She desired a space to call her own while doing laundry, wrapping presents or crafting. The adjacent bathroom is a bonus bathroom for guests, but also a space designed for the client. The open laundry room features plenty of cabinetry for storage and recessed can lighting to brighten the basement space. The laundry chute access was finished with a matching cabinet door and trim. The bathroom features a large shower with dimension tile on the main wall and a shampoo niche. LVT flooring finishes out both spaces for easy cleaning and maintenance.
