This full bath was partially remodeled to achieve a more modern feel. The existing basket weave tile and tub were kept to keep expenses down. A new custom contemporary vanity was installed to add interest. New tile, plumbing fixtures and bathroom accessories were installed to update the finishes. A new shower curtain ring was installed to replace the failing older shower curtain ring. New drywall and trim was installed and painted to freshen up the space as well. This project won a Silver Award for Residential Bath Under $25,000 at NARI's annual Wisconsin Remodelers Awards in 2018. This project is located in Shorewood.
