This lakeside retreat was a complete transformation of the original house. The house now looks like it belongs on the lake compared to the original ranch style house on the property. A second story addition now allows for guests to have separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Light filters throughout the spaces and every bedroom now has a view of the lake. A bunk bedroom was also added for the grand kids. The kitchen was expanded for larger family gatherings. The entire home was completely remodeled with the homeowners needs and style in mind. This project won a Gold Award for an Entire House Remodel $500,000 to $700,000 at NARI's annual Wisconsin Remodelers Awards in 2017. This project is located in Hubertus on Freiss Lake.
