“kitchen facelift”
transitional kitchens
This project included removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room to allow for larger family gatherings. The existing cabinets were in good shape so we proposed to re-paint the cabinets. Opening up the space to the dining room allowed foe some custom cabinets to be installed to create a peninsula for additional counter space. The client has at at-home cookie business so the additional counter space was extremely helpful. New custom china cabinets were installed in the dining room for added storage and a section of the wall between the dining room and front entry hall was removed to allow for better traffic flow. New countertops, marble backsplash and new lighting were installed to update the space. The hardwood floors were refinished to tie the two spaces together. This project is located in Fox Point.
